Processing & Production Time All L_VE products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through the Shop app.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery.
