Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return to initiate a return, please visit Contact Us – L_VE and include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items purchased at a discount or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
